RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Due to orders being custom made we have a no returns or exchange policy and all sales are final. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know and we will work to make it right. We may request a photo showing how the item was incorrect or damaged. Please notify us with 5 days of delivery.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds on items that are misspelled by the customer while ordering. Please double check any spelling and/or numbers before ordering.
  • Cancelation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchasing.

 

  • We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are unsatisfied due to an error on our end, please let us know and we will gladly make it right for you.
    Please note, we do not accept returns as all items are made to order.
